Exclusive Use licensing
Due to the nature of our licensing in certain cases we may be able to enter into an exclusive use licensing arrangement.
This is on a first come, first served basis. If you see an image you would like to license for exclusive use, simply contact us. Our software allows us to track how many downloads of a particular image there has been and other relevant information. If there have been no downloads for that image, then it is a simple matter for us to remove an image from our subscriber collection for an appropriate fee.
In other cases it will be very much a matter of negotiation between the prospective Exclusive Use license purchaser and other current licensees of that image. In these cases it will depend on the current distribution of the image as to whether or not we proceed.
As mentioned it really does make a difference if you are first. So if you are looking for exclusive use images please contact us, often we can help immediately and more often than not, we have similar images not in our online library that may be as or more suitable.
We would also suggest paying attention to our updates, both online and through email. In short we go out of our way to accomodate all of our customers so if there is something specific you have in mind, do feel free to get in touch with us.
