General Questions
I have forgotten my password
In the login box, click the "Problems?" link. You will need to submit your security question and answer and follow the instructions. If you still have problems do contact us.
My download was interrupted
This sometimes happens beyond anyones control, and is a feature of internet connections. Still it is not a problem as you can repeatedly download the same image for seven days after purchase from your download link. In other words simply download the image again, no problem.
I paid with a different email address to the one I registered with.
No problem, if you wish you can use both accounts. Or more sensibly would be to merge both accounts into one, which we will be happy to do for you. Just contact us.
The image I saw before is now gone?
We are constantly updating our images, very occasionally we will remove some less popular images we are not happy with and appear unpopular. If this has happened, simply drop us an email and we can find the image for you. No problems.
What is the histogram for?
The histogram is there so that you can get as much information about an image before downloading as possible. It is simply a distribution of the colours through an image. See the Tutorials and Help for further information.
What are the image crops for?
The crops are taken from the original image and let you see exact sections of the original image before downloading. See the Tutorials and Help for further information.
How do I download an image?
Easy, after we receive payment, you will automatically be sent two emails. One is a copy of your invoice and the second contains your download information. It is a simple matter to click the download links given and when the login window appears, enter your email address for the username, and your invoice number for the password. The download should begin automatically when you click save to disk.
How do I update my account details?
Simply log into your account and click account details. Follow the on screen instructions.
What percentage of images are Premier?
As we are always adding more images, the real number varies. However it is usually anywhere from 10% to 20%.
How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
When you log into your account at the bottom of the account details page simply check or uncheck the box. We would suggest keeping up with the mailing list as it allows you to keep track of new images that are added to the site.
