FAQ Payments
Are My Payments Safe?
Yes very, we do not actually handle any of the payment side of things. Instead what happens is you make your payment at Paypal™ and we will automatically receive a notification saying that the payment from you has cleared. This will then trigger programs to automatically set up your account. The point is we are not even a middle man so to speak. Paypal™ is very safe and secure. And probably much safer than handing your credit card to a shop keeper in store - while he takes it out back.
Who is your payment processor?
We use Paypal™, it is simple and easy to use and a majority of people are familiar with it.
Do I have to pay through Paypal™
At the moment for online payments, yes. We are always investigating supplementary payment gateways. In truth though we have only been asked this question once from a person who had personal objections to Paypal™. If there is sufficient demand we will happily add more payment methods.
Do I have to pay online?
No but it is much much faster. If you wish to make an offline payment please contact us first.
My payment is Pending, what does that mean?
It means for whatever reason a payment is on hold. Often this is just a simple delay in the payment system. This side of things is completely beyond our control, so all we can do is wait to either get a confirmed on denied status. In most cases this is a matter of minutes and it is a simple matter to check back after waiting 5 minutes. If the problem is still not resolved, contact us immediately.
Do you take cheques/checks?
Only through our payment processors, in this case Paypal™ which has a payment mechanism for this in selected cases.
Can I do a bank transfer?
Yes please get in touch if this is your prefered payment method. We can then give you our banking details. Please remember accounts cannot be set up until payment is received. So this method will take longer.
Can I send you the money?
We can accept offline payments, however it has to be realised that your account would not be set up until we recieve the payment. In other words it takes longer. Please contact us directly first.
